placed an order for a $90 parka on 7/18/25 expected standard shipping to arrive on 7/31/25 via their website. Did not see a tracking update or email of shipping details on 7/30/25 so i emailed support for an update, got an auto reply, "Hello. Thanks for your purchase, your order is being processed to be shipped. You will receive an email with the shipping confirmation. Thanks for your patience". Going back to their website 8/4/25 and its not available on shopify. seems like a scam site, im issuing a charge back, buyer beware.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. We always aim to provide clear sizing information and responsive support, so it’s disappointing to hear we fell short in your case. Just to clarify, after you reached out, we did provide the return address promptly so you could send the item back for a refund or exchange—but we never heard back from you after that. If there's still an issue, we’d be more than happy to assist you further. Please don’t hesitate to contact us again. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, and we hope to have the chance to make this right.
