Hey Michele! Super sorry and we totally understand the disappointment. Did you happen to receive our 2 update emails or see our instagram story explaining the UPS delay that was beyond our control or what we were told the date would be to have the pre-orders in our warehouse to ship out to you and everyone else? They could've totally gone to your spam or bounced, but I want you to know, again, we are sorry, and we did our absolute best to make sure everyone was communicated with and aware of the unforeseen delays and we've honored every requested refund during this period of time. P.S. your order was shipped out today and should arrive in 2-5 days! We hope you absolutely love it ◡̈

Hey Laura! We ARE super sorry for the delays and want you to know they ARE beyond our control. Running a business includes being liable and at risk for supply chain delays. There are so many variables and we try our best to predict the date the pre-order will come in. Usually, we are within a week or two, but other times, like with your batch, they get delayed. When UPS tells us our items are getting delivered weeks late because another customer changed the address of their 200 box shipment, and we send out 2 emails and post on instagram stories about the delay and reasoning, I don’t see that it’s fair to call that an excuse. It is an explanation of what is going on, and while, yes it is unfortunate and frustrating to you and everyone involved, it isn’t us sitting on our hands or being irresponsible. We’ve also made sure to send everyone who had been part of the delay many store credit codes (included in our explanation/apology emails sent on 7/21/26 and 7/15/26) - so if you didn’t get those let me know and we’d be happy to send those over! We appreciate your patronage and helping us spread the Gospel daily with our clothing.
