If I could give 0 stars I would!! I have made several purchases on this platform went to cash out and it's stating my profile can't be verified!! This makes absolutely no sense what so ever because it's all done through sumsub, keep in mind I am verified through sumsub and have an account with them so there's no possible way it can't verify me!! Customer service ha good luck with that you get the same copy and paste response over and over and they always have an excuse for everything!! They will always tell you they will have it looked into or investigated however they don't it's just an excuse to get you to shut up!! I'm being told there's no fix I can't be verified another rep told me try again at a later time which I've tried several times same thing can't get verified!!! If they can fix this issue I'll change my rating but as of now it stays too bad I can't do 0 stars and gotta give this platform the one star they don't deserve!!! I really hope this bs site gets shut down I'm working on that right now
