Terrible Purchased a few packages and didnt even get one bomus Don't waste your money Per your reply: I am aware if this however I purchased SEVERAL packages and not one bonus. I was on the chat for 3 hours about an issue and you were very rude and could not comprehend what I was saying upon asking for a manager several times I was told they weren't available and wouldn't be available. This casino is a total scam and the customer service is awful.

Absolutely Awful Casino. Stay Away
Absolutely awful casino. I have tried to get my money out for over 10 days now reaching out to support 5 times and the support keeps saying 'technical difficulties', even though my family who I enjoy playing with on sites have had no difficulty redeeming. Support is beyond useless always 'referring to another team' which they will 'get back with you' but never get back. I have over 2000 in there and they are trying to steal it. STAY AWAY.
