The games were great, except the logging in and verification process was not so great, a couple things that definitely need some patching up, that's why I give 4 stars.

It appears that I am verified through sumsub but when I attempt to complete verification on the app it tells me that unfortunately we were unable to verify. I spoke with someone through the chat option sent my id front and back and a selfie holding my id. Sumsub has my address and ID verified. I was told a ticket was being created to investigate this issue and can take 48 hours I am unsure what needs to be investigated i play on other sites such as crown coins , golden hearts , grand fortune and have not encountered this problem. While waiting for verification I made a purchase and actually increased my winnings. I would like to get this resolved please. Thank you for your time
