The city selector on their sign up page incorrectly listed my city as "Amarillo (city)" instead of just Amarillo. They made me manually submit documents to prove my identity and told me verification would take no longer than 72 hours. I had to badger their support staff for a month before being told they "no longer offered manual verification" and left me with absolutely no option to verify my account after wasting a month of my time and willingly taking money I paid. With how many legitimate social casinos there are out there now there's zero reason to use one that conducts business this way. I'll revise this review if I ever get any sort of help but their non-existent support channels have made it quite clear they're more than happy to take your money and then leave you high and dry. Edit: I have verified on dozens of social casinos with no issues. There are no "security concerns", they just don't want to pay me, and they won't want to pay you either.
