7/4/2026 - still not resolved. ~~~~~~ After I left a 1-star review for Fortune Academy, I attempted to contact them again today several times by phone but was unable to reach anyone. I then used the chat feature on their website, where I connected with Adam Jalil. Adam assured me that he would look into my situation and work to resolve the issue. He created a new login for me through The CE Shop, which he indicated is affiliated with Fortune Academy, and added my courses to that account. However, some courses are still missing. Adam advised that the remaining courses should appear in my account tomorrow. This is the first meaningful progress I have seen on my issue. I will update my review once I can confirm that all of my courses have been restored and that the matter has been fully resolved. ~~~~~~ I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I purchased a course at 10:17 a.m. and reasonably expected to receive access to the materials shortly afterward. When nothing appeared in my dashboard, I contacted customer support and was assured that I would have access to the course the same day. It is now 11:00 p.m., and the course still does not appear in my account. What is most disappointing is not simply the delay, but the lack of follow-through. If access could not be provided the same day, I would have appreciated honest communication rather than being given assurances that were not kept. Customers pay for a product expecting delivery as promised, and in this case that expectation has not been met. The entire experience has left me questioning the company's reliability and customer service standards. At this point, I have paid for a course that I cannot access and have spent a significant portion of the day waiting for a resolution that never came. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience, and I sincerely hope they improve both their fulfillment process and their communication with customers. Rating: 1/5 Stars
