I bought a birthday present for my son and despite the tracking link supposedly saying delivery was attempted we received no contact from any shipping company, no note, no other info what so ever. Finally after a couple of months I requested a refund and got only automated responses telling me to 'check with my local delivery service' without any info about who that is? Now my requests for a refund are ignored. Scam company, no honour. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

The product doesn't work as advertised. It doesn't catch any cat hair in the mesh bag. Very disappointing. Total waste of money.

I'm glad I bought three because putting one in by itself didn't do anything putting three in did a little but not much one of the three doesn't spin easily so I don't know if that one's doing anything. I did get a little bit of flint and two of the three but maybe only quarter of a teaspoon total and I have a dog. I also didn't expect the delivery time to be as long as it was.

I still haven't received the item. I asked about it through the email. They sent me a tracking number, which comes back as, Not found.I emailed that and just got a form letter. Who knows if I will ever get it or my money back.

Ordered golf game cards three months ago. Tracking surprisingly started in Spain and eventually in New Orleans on same day tracking said it was delivered to me in Indiana on my porch (nope). No response by Fortunatie to my email and no phone anywhere. Not a big loss but really wanted the cards for a gift. And i found the same things elsewhere on a legit site that got them to me in four days.

I never received my order. I’ve been waiting and waiting for it. I’m assuming, by this email, it has been delivered somewhere but I haven’t received it. Please help. I wanted them so badly
