Idk new update or something but I was able to get in , reset my pw and it logged me out when I try to whether again it says my password is wrong , I’ve tried to change but now I can’t I sent a message to support I loaded my account and now I can’t play

After FortunaRush updated its platform, I was able to log in to my existing verified account, but I couldn’t reset my password. The system rejected my old password, and eventually I was logged out. Now I can’t log back in, and the password reset option is blocked. I have a $181 SC redemption that was showing as pending, but I haven’t received any updates. I’ve contacted FortunaRush through email and live chat, but no one has responded. I also contacted LuckyRush, and they told me FortunaRush is undergoing maintenance, but they cannot access my account or help with my redemption. I just want FortunaRush to respond, help me recover access to my account, and confirm the status of my pending redemption. I am willing to update my review if FortunaRush responds, helps me regain access to my account, and provides a satisfactory resolution regarding my pending redemption.

This casino has one rule: if you win, you violated their rules! And by violating their rules you lose your coins. There is no winning. There’s no redemption. If you’re thinking about depositing money on here, I HIGHLY encourage you to do something rather useful with it like give it to charity or someone in need. In both ways you won’t see your money ever again, but atleast it got put to good use!

Do not deposit money on this casino. I submitted a redemption request, and it was suddenly canceled. After the cancellation, the SC balance that should have been returned to my account mysteriously disappeared. When I contacted support to find out what happened, I was told that I had violated the their rules. I asked multiple times for a specific explanation of what rule I supposedly broke, but they refused to provide any details or evidence. Instead of giving a clear answer, support repeatedly avoided the question and offered no meaningful explanation for why my redemption was canceled or why my SC balance was removed. What is even more concerning is that after looking through other reviews, I found multiple players describing very similar experiences. Again, I would not depo here unless you want your money to disappear out of thin air.

I signed up for the website, completed the KYC excited to play. I bought all of the welcome offers, and ended up cashing out ahead. My redeem was $112, after waiting about 10 days and I never got it, I logged on to see my redeem was denied and my SC balance was $68. Wondering what happened, I messed support and they said my account "violated their Terms and Conditions" and they forfeit my coins. Unbelievable. Then with my balance being below the $100 minimum redemption, of course I lost it all. I would not recommend this site.

Don't trust this company. They steal your money when you win too much.
