Fort TroffReviews of forttroff.com

I think the companies greed ran them out of business, as the website is not even working now! For starters there prices were always over priced! along with the shipping. I think the tariffs really hurt them financially, but with all the money they were making, they should have been able to afford that…

Never received last product got wrong product in the order before. I phone numbers work have sent 8 emails requesting info on a return and where my order is horrible company

Bought some products, the tracking number said returned to the sender, and that's it. Try to call, reach out via email no response, same with social media and got block! They are literally stealing your money, don't buy anything

In the past I’ve always had a great experience. Last order Fort Troff charged me but my order never arrived. Checked my account and my order number isn’t in my history and the confirmation email with tracking link doesn’t work. I’ve called… no answer. Left multiple voicemails with no reply. Same with emails. Just take your money and throw it in the garbage.

I strongly advise against ordering from Fort Troff based on my recent experience with both their product quality and their customer service team. Right out of the packaging, the product was completely defective. One of the magnets was already chipped and completely detached. Due to the nature of this item, a broken and loose magnet is a glaring safety hazard that falls entirely below acceptable quality standards. When I emailed customer service to explain the defect and ask how to return the damaged inventory for a refund, the situation escalated unprofessionally. The representative informed me that they only do store credit or replacements and explicitly refused to issue a refund for the broken item. When I politely pointed out that selling defective, unsafe merchandise breaches consumer protection laws, their response was unbelievably hostile. Instead of making it right, the customer service team: Refused to take their damaged item back. Told me my account was now "flagged." Dared me to take it up with my credit card company (which I am doing). Ended the exchange by demanding "PLEASE no further emails to us." If you receive a defective or unsafe product from this company, they will not stand behind it, and they will treat you with absolute hostility if you ask for a refund. Save your money and shop with a business that respects its customers and quality control.

Defective item as part of large purchase. Could not resend item as out of stock. Would not give refund only credit. Credit useless due to extremely high international shipping costs. Absolutely worst possible customer service ever imaginable. Chargeback on credit card appears the only solution. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered an item, and then paid for. Received no update when they cancelled the item on their side and didn’t receive a refund of the money spent. Support not responding to any emails either.

Avoid This Company at All Costs This company is completely unprofessional. They sent me a damaged item, and when I tried to resolve the issue, I got nothing but a 90+ day runaround. They use a shady third-party processor called Sizzle, and neither the merchant nor Sizzle took any real accountability. I had to escalate the situation to my credit card company to finally get a chargeback for one payment The merchant claimed Sizzle never contacted them, while Sizzle insisted they reached out multiple times. Total mess. The person who calls himself “Sergeant Duke” is especially rude and unprofessional—he’ll hang up on you, block your number, your email, and even ban you from the website if you dare to complain or dispute a damaged item. Zero accountability. Zero customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.
