I have placed multiple orders with Fort Troff. My most recent order, the company made a mistake and did not include my apartment number on the package. First they blamed me. When I pointed out that the address was correct as it appeared on the screenshots from their internal system they provided, but was wrong on the package, they stopped responding. I emailed again to let them know I was unable to pick up or receive the package because of their error. They have not once apologized. They have not once admitted to making a mistake. They offered me store credit. Their website does not allow for reviews to be posted. Seems like accountability issues, despite quality products, and I can’t support an inconsistent business.
