Fortra LifeReviews of fortralife.com

Fortra exists because GLP-1 success is not just about the medication. It’s about the routine around it.In my own GLP-1 journey, I was able to reach my goals because I had a disciplined support system. I was tracking protein, optimizing digestion, and covering key nutrients. It worked, but it was complicated. It took education, planning, and a stack of separate products. Most people don’t have the time to build that system, and they shouldn’t have to.At the same time, Dr. Lauren Dal Farra was seeing the same reality in her practice. Patients on GLP-1 weight management medications were being advised to take many of the same nutrients and support supplements. The routine was fragmented, hard to follow, and easy to abandon. That’s when I realized something simple but powerful: health shouldn’t be this hard. I knew there had to be a better, more complete way.We built Fortra to create our own system: simple, complete, and built for real life. A patient- and physician-led movement designed around real nutritional needs, clinical-quality ingredients and dosing, and a practical daily routine that is easy to follow. One formula that supports strength, gut health, energy balance, and stress resilience, all with the goal of supporting long-term health and longevity.*
