When I started with my invention I had the drawing but I had absolutely no idea where to look or where to go for the next step. Then I went to the internet and found Montgomery Patent & Design. The contact person was very patient and polite and after a great deal of anxiety on my part and a few telephone calls later, I finally agreed to join. I began to realize I was with a capable and trustworthy company. Their correspondence clearly explained their programme and I had a good idea what was going to happen. They were/are also very accessible by telephone. As I made my way through the procedure of being part of Montgomery Patent & Design, my financial advisor, my lawyer, my husband and his adult daughter were all very wary and discouraged me from going any farther and did not expect anything positive out of this venture. However, I continued and there was one set back because my invention was similar to one already patented. However, the team of patent lawyers came up with a new plan and we were very successful and now I have a patent. I am very thankful to Montgomery Patent & Design!
