Absolutely a scam
Absolutely a scam. Seven weeks and still nothing. Just look at the number of "one star" reviews. That tells you all you need to know. Stay far, far away from this scam.

I received my dog harness
I received my dog harness. But it was cheaply made & ripped apart in only 24hrs. I emailed asking for a replacement. But the company is unresponsive

SCAM! Don't order ANYTHING from these…
Don't order ANYTHING from these skumbags- Our "free" collar ended up costing around $30 and broke immediately. I wish I had read the reviews first because that are nearly all 1 star! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

I would rather leave zero stars but in order to leave a review it's a 1 star minimum. Ordered on Dec 8,2022 and paid for premium priority shipping. It is currently Jan 19 and I still haven't received my order. Avoid this company at all cost since they obviously can't deliver what they promise. I can only hope that I receive my order soon.😡😡😡😡😡

Defective product and very poor customer service
I ordered this as a gift for my daughter. It took a month to get the harness and when it arrived the strap was sewn on backwards and we are unable to use it. I have tried to email and was not able to get into the website to do so. I went on the live chat for an immediate response so it says and never got a reply. What a scam of a company. Would never consider using them again or recommending them to any one.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Ordered 39 days ago and still have not received. The phone # on the website does not work. Tried to email and they keep sending me the same email "please allow 10-25 days for delivery". The Chat With Us option says "we reply immediately"... they do not. At this point I can only hope it shows up eventually.

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. Poor quality materials used. Had to wait a month for my first delivery and then after a week the main clip broke. Contacted company and they sent a replacement. This broke after three months. Same problem, clip broke. I do not have a large or strong dog so this wasn't the issue. Have tried contacting the company but I'm being ignored. I am now going through PayPal to try and get a refund. Very disappointed and cannot recommend using this company at all.
