Don't not buy these harnesses cheap Chinese peace of crap the harness broke and almost got my dog killed. Do not buy these harness

Do not buy anything from this company they initially told me they would credit my form of payment then turned around and said they would not. Then they offered me 30 percent of my money returned then offered me 50 percent. Now they are telling me since the product was on sale there will be no credit. DO NOT buy anything from this company. I belong to a rescue organization and this is the way they treat their customers. I will advise everyone in my other organizations BUYER BEWARE

I’d give it no stars if I could. The harness is not as represented-no name or phone number embroidered, very difficult to put on. A complete waste of $20.

As far as the harness goes, I loved it for the week that it worked. Unfortunately the clip broke during the second week of use. I wrote to them and sent a photo of the broken clip and asked if they stand behind their product? They assured me that they did and would immediately send a replacement harness. That was nearly 1 1/2 years ago and no replacement harness has ever been received. I have send follow-up messages and all I ever received from them was a "your order was delivered" (the original harness which broke). The reason for this review is due them just sending me a request for a positive review to "stop the haters"!!! I even told them that I initially loved the harness and would give a great review if they would replace the faulty product. Maybe this will get them to finally come through with a replacement.

Some of their things like the harness are great! Others have wrong size charts, I got a winter coat 3xl and it can fit a shihtzu. The thing I’m most upset about it the bug repellent sound device. They arrived and I get the instruction and charged them, but none of them wanted to turn on. Yes I got multiples. When I emailed them for an exchange they ignored me for a year. I’ve emailed several times. That was the last time I got anything from them.

I wish I could give a more honest review of the product. But I never received mine. I was also never given any options for compensation, or reissue. I was basically told that it was my problem, and that I could try and hunt it down myself. So, no, I will not be reordering from this company. Also, it would not let me set the correct date. You correct date of my order was 7-26-2021.

Sadly I loved this harness however as the front is only held on by Velcro it’s suitable for smaller dogs and probably not so much for staffys as the Velcro came undone more than once and eventually didn’t hold Other than that it was a good harness But not for string dogs only clips work around the chest as they pull and are strong But I do highly recommend the business as it would be highly suitable for a lot of dogs

Unfortunately the buckle clip on the harness broke after 3 walks losing the ability to adjust the strap. They should be made from metal. Now I can’t use it at all so I guess it becomes more landfill. What a waste !
