False advertising. Don't fall for the mystery box. Its a name tag with the name printed really small. When confronted them about it they show no shame in what they do and Paypal are no help either.

I ordered and received a harness it looks good but the buckles slip and my golden retriever just steps back and she is out. I also ordered a mystery box promising USD $39 worth of goods. What a load of garbage I received a tiny little name tag instead DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Scam! Took money but order is missing and customer service won’t respond. So many similar reviews on their social media

Do not buy, absolute rubbish and no response when trying to contact.

I ordered quite a few items. 2 coats, 2 harnesses and 1 Matt cutter. It took a month or more to get here. I think it was all packaged together. It arrived, I guess, post office and fmd said it did. I never got and it was Christmas eve eve. I contacted fmd and all I got back was it was delivered. I never received a personal email telling me what I could do. The post office wouldn't do anything either. All that would not have fit in my mailbox and I live about 1/4 mile from it. So I called my card company and refunded my money. I was extremely disappointed because I wanted quite a few more things. Now I do not trust they will stand behind their products!

Harness lasted 2 weeks then buckle broke so totally useless. Cost $35 NZ Dollar shipping.

I wish I had read reviews tracking number goes no where says it can’t be found. Never turned up absolute scam should have known don’t purchase from gooks!

Avoid. Poor service, customer care and bad reputation.
