Ordered another harness which was paid for never 11/18/24 received product. Emailed multiple times, no response.

Never received the product/ no replies no nothing, don't waste your money....

Harness pull strap broke the very first time I went to put it on. Have emailed 6 times with no response.

I have e-mailed them so many times to get an exchange or refund and no reply at all from them even sent them my order number but after about 6 or more e-mails to them asking how return the item no reply at all not happy rip off company

Absolutely AWFUL company. I emailed them EVERY DAY FOR 15 days straight. So 15 emails from the day my order arrived with a problem but they never replied to a single email. 0 customer service once they have your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM!! I ordered a harness if all I had to pay was Shipping. I paid the $20 - they never sent me my harness - and now they say I ordered the wrong size, when I never ordered a size, and want me to place ANOTHER order with 30% off. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN 😡

Ordered this, no gift arrived that I had paid $10 USD for The hardness was cheap and not made correctly, my dog wore it for 3 days until I said this is enough once she slipped out for the harness and ran away as she was no longer harnessed Waste of time and money

I ordered 6 weeks ago. Never received confirmation, never received tracking number. Wrote on their chat 3 times with no response. Emailed with response that the address was unacceptable. Ordered harness with name on it and free gift box worth $39. I did receive email asking if I liked the package. These people are pure stupidity.
