On the site, I was promised a 10% discount if I used the code, which I did but no discount. I emailed the company but no discount. If you are okay without the discount they offer, it is good. I just find it bad business

NOT trustworthy. This is a “company” that does not care that the wrong item is sent to a customer. All that seems to matter is that a profit was made. Clear foul play. Dishonest sales tactics. Buyer Beware!

Hi Jessica, We certainly do care when a mistake has been made. We are a company of humans and unfortunately, we do make mistakes. In this case, we arranged to pick up the order and get it returned and refunded your money the same day. Any reasonable person might expect that if the return delivery was picked up and your money was refunded that, although you might be disappointed with us making a mistake, you would not see us as dishonest.
