did not have product after ordered..had to cancel order.

I placed an 10 days ago and it has not yet been processed or shipped and I have received no communication about it.

you cancelled my order. I received a refund, but I wanted the product. Not cool. You receive one star for fast refund.

There is not a lot of communication from this company. I have ordered twice and had to follow up both times regarding my order being shipped. This last time, I inquired about when my order would be shipped and they replied that the item is discontinued and refunded my order - mind you I went back on the site and the item I ordered is still there for sale. Had I not inquired about my order who knows how long it would have taken them to refund my money - very disappointed. If you don't stock the item, don't list it on your site.

I ordered 9 reams of Boise Fireworx paper, but received Hammermill brand. Hammermill does not match my current stock and I cannot use it. I was told I must pay shipping to return the paper, which is very heavy. I was told there is a disclaimer that a substitution may be made; sure enough, it is at the bottom of each page. Unfortunately I did not order from each page, only from the main product page where it says nothing about substitutes. If the company had informed me that I would not receive the Boise paper, I would have cancelled my order. Website is misleading and the company integrity is ruined, in my opinion. I will not order here again.

Service very slow ,have yet to receive an order from a month ago I am very displeased..

Jury is out. Ordered some binding combs. They send me a paper stand for typing. The invoice showed the combs were purchased. Email confirmation showed the combs were mailed. But what gets my goat...when you call...an answering machine. Unbelievable. That’s lame. And of course no return call. Yawn! What a surprise. We’ll see. Maybe they will respond.

damage shipment said UPS damage but it was package wrong that all the liquid got pumped out by the box pushing on pump
