I placed an order, 48 hours ago for Purell Hand Sanitizer. Just contacted, since no notification of shipping. Oh, they seem to be out of stock, but the website took my order and payment. No notification is unacceptable.

After a full week from the day of my purchase still didn’t get anything not even a email of tracking or anything else - try to call no answer - left a few messages no response - looks to me this website is closed

My package arrived opened. Tried calling several times with no response. Sent an email which was replied to. Asking for photos of said package. Nothing since then.

It is the wrong order. I didn't order what was sent.

Told me I would have it by Christmas. Still waiting

I did not receive my complete order. I ordered 9 mats on 12/5/19. I received 1 mat on 12/9/19. I called customer service and get a message that prompts me to leave a message which I have done to no response. UPS has a tracking number that says they have not received the package.

I have not received product. When will I receive my envelopes? Thanks. Michele

I placed an order 11/22. It has been showing with an in process status since 11/22/19 and today is 12/3/19. I started receiving review requests on 11/29, but no order information. I inquired today, and was told I was sent an email 11/22 that the item was out of stock and the order was canceled. It still show up as in process. I didn't receive that email, and have received no communication other than the review requests.
