I did not receive and item and only because of my experience with shipping could i tell that the item was on back order.. I did not get any notification that it was on back order prior either. I chatted with a rep that also didn't understand what happened and is working to get my item shipped. Just disappointing because I could have got the item

The product that I ordered ( a 15" ruler) is fine, but it came in a box big enough to hold a small child! In addition, it was full of packing! Such a waste.

Hi Teresa, We are pleased that the product arrived safely and undamaged. We follow all industry-accepted standards when packaging items for delivery. If we happened to err on the side of making sure a single acrylic ruler with sharp edges that could easily pierce a smaller package with less packing materials in transit then we must plead guilty to making sure you received what you ordered in a timely manner and undamaged! We are disappointed that you felt our effort to take extra care of your delivery warranted a 2-star rating. If you could please reconsider we would appreciate it greatly.

The delivery by Fed Ex was terrible. I will not order again from you because of them. I should have known better but they are worse than the USPS

Price was very competitve. Placed order and was made aware by someone in production that the order had not come in.Contacted ForMyDesk thru chat on website. I was told it would be delivered by local courier that day. Asked what the hold up was, and was told it had something to do with verifying the address. My company has a 'normal' address and has never had an issue before with deliveries. Asked why I wasn't called if there was an issue, but CSR on chat didn't know. Said I should ask the courier. Not sure if I will order from them again since I had to go and purchase product locally to get us by until my order arrived.

While the online pricing and ordering experience was good and although I received the items in a timely fashion, the items were completely trashed when I opened the shipping box, even though the box itself was undamaged. I found all the 48 pens, 12 highlighters and 15 clipboards completely loose and strewn about the bottom of the shipping box and all the pen and highlighter boxes were smashed and ripped apart. It was obvious that everything I ordered was just thrown into the shipping box like that. Very unprofessional and very dissappointed!
