Formspal suckered me into thinking that they wouldn't charge me if I gave them my card number. DON'T FALL FOR IT.

Do not use this site, doesn’t work
Absolutely horrible. Program doesn’t work properly, deleted all my progress, didn’t print my forms to pdf properly, all the formatting was completely destroyed and more than half the information/text was missing. I would give 0 stars if possible, never using this awful site again. You’re better off handwriting your documents.

Hello Robert, thank you for your review. We apologize for any confusion regarding our Terms of Service. We notify our customers at the time of sign up that the trial is free for 7 days and so long as it's cancelled during the trial period, there is no billing. In addition, the subscription confirmation is always sent to the customer’s email address. It contains all the details about free trial, payment due dates and cancellation. Wasted 2 hours
Spend 2 hours using one of their forms to be met with an oh hey if you wanna print that, you're going to need to subscribe for our trial. So I cave and do it to be met with a blank page of what my "subscription" was going to give me access to. Thanks for wasting my time.

We offer multiple subscription options, including a monthly subscription with a 7-day free trial period that allows our customers to access our database of personal and business forms and templates as well as online document editing software through our website. Supposed to be a 7-day trial period
Supposed to be a 7-day trial period. I was charged monthly fee on 4th day. I cancelled immediately when fee was charged early. Company disputing.

deceptive website
The free trial turned out to be expensive. The website doesn't make it possible to cancel your subscription & there's no contact from FormsPal when the trial period is about to end. It's set up this way on purpose to dupe people into thinking they're getting something for free. I strongly urge people not to use this website.

Dishonest in their approach
what do you call a site that waits until the very end, after you've filled out the forms, to advise there's a cost? I call it a site I wouldn't deal with.
