Very responsive once things got moving
Very responsive once things got moving, and they got a complicated late filing done properly. My previous provider had botched the extension, so I came in with a mess — a Form 7004 filed under the wrong form code and no IRS record of it. Form5472.online called the IRS directly to verify the status, prepared the full package (1120, 5472, POA) and a penalty abatement request, revised the letter exactly as I asked, and faxed everything to the IRS the same day, with proof of filing. Pricing was clear and posted up front, with no surprise charges. Communication was in plain English and they answered specific questions directly. One tip for other non-US owners: read every document before signing, especially the reasonable cause statement — you're certifying it to the IRS yourself. They were quick to correct anything I flagged. Recommended.
