Difficult to use.

The UI is pretty bad and the integration API is really poor. E.g. you cannot update objects properly since all attributes that are not set will be overwritten with null

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are working on our UI and Usability so please stay tuned. As for the API comment, I believe the one you are looking for is the PATCH method which is documented @ https://apidocs.form.io/?version=latest#17612070-b85b-427a-8f41-ce45c46d5865

Product and support cannot be trusted. They agreed at certain price and later in the middle of the implementation flipped. Stay away !!!

Lots of limitations. I always have to implement the current features of FormIO. For example: I have 2 drop-down lists and they depend on each other, when the page loads, the second drop-downlist always be cleared when I use "refresh on" on the first drop-down list. My solution: need to remove refresh on when the page load in the beginning, then work normally.

In many cases the platform either didn't work at all due to bugs or it lacked features readily available from competing products. Furthermore I found the UI busy and hard to determine how to achieve my goal although it does seem that some use cases which were not my own have been streamlined. Its been more than a year since I tried it so maybe it has all been fixed. I tried the product several times over its life and consistently found gaps that drew me to alternative solutions. Good luck.

Need on-premise licence. Too expensive.
