Yes, these features are what I am looking for. However, the installation process is somehow difficult. I sometimes got stuck even following the instructions. Some free features in PAAS seems not consistent with the on-premise version (for example, I can't find advanced conditional logic in on-premise version). The open-source version should have another document section I think. Back to the bright side, if I cross this product out, I can't find another alternative with what I want.

I think the system, in general, is good and very powerful. However, the online tutorials, videos, and overall help and support leave a lot to be desired.

Very innovative

The framework is unique and the easiest to use for end-users I know. Absolutely five-stars. For most Europeans, using the cloud versions is not possible because it violates the General Data Protection Regulation. The on-premises version is MUCH too expensive for smaller businesses and clinics. So only the open-source version can be used. Features are Ok, I understand that some Premium features are not included. However, the state of documentation is horrible, it is not updated to newer versions regularly, so I lost much time with it. Just watch the ubiquitous Video ... it is hopelessly outdated and a bad appetizer, please remove it. A minor point: Check-boxes and Radio-Boxes are much too small for use on a tablet, e.g. with elderly persons. Bootstrap-buttons with radio-button behavior should be available as alternatives. The documentation how to create custom components is lacking. If it were better, more custom components would be developed by other users.

Feel its an incredible one with which a plethora of applications can be built in a jiffy.
