My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the fact that I had some trouble initially getting Form Publisher installed. However, the tech support team did a great job responding to my requests for help and got me set straight really quickly! That kind of customer support means a lot in today's world.

I use this to put my form data into a template doc. Works great. Wish I could make multiple forms / sheets from the same input, but I'm happy anyway. Had an issue with my upgrade not transferring right away. Was happily surprised to get prompt customer service and on US business hours. Thanks!

Was having issues with our Google form which we use for Marketing team project initiation and reached out to the support team for assistance. Though it did take a bit to get to the root of the problem, once they sent a video on what needed to be done it was very easy to fix and very easy to work with them. Thank you!
