Form PublisherReviews of form-publisher.com

Form Publisher is so helpful for my work. When there is a technical issue, they work quickly to address it and resolve it.

My experience with the entire support team was exceptional! Particularly as I was trying to perform tasks beyond the designated capability, yet still when it crashed the team came to the rescue and guided me step by step, multiple times to fixes though they were under no obligation to do that. They used every means possible to help me: emailed guidance to me; created videos to show me what to do and even scheduled a zoom session with the entire support team and me to address my issues! Every support person was prompt in responding to my queries and very patient despite my short temper when things weren't working as I wanted. On every occasion however, with their help, we succeeded so customer service is top-notch. This is without a doubt a business I would highly recommend. My standards are high and Form Publisher rose to the challenge, and met and exceeded expectations!

Customer support quickly solved my issue. Very responsive!

Quick response to my question and request. Thanks!

Prompt replies and solid suggestions to resolve my issues. I am using a free account and did not expect much help but was pleasantly surprised. It's good to know even the little guy can feel that support has your back.

Form Publisher answered my question within a few hours. When the first recommendation did not fix my problem, they escalated to a more involved solution (testing my files, troubleshooting), and found a solution within 1 day. Thank you!
