Form PublisherReviews of form-publisher.com

They knew right away what the problem was! I gave them access to my files and sent screenshots of what the problems were. They were able to fix it right away. Literally within a couple emails!!

The product seems to be well thought out, and very well documented. The help section offers examples and clear language to help understand how to use this add-on. When I had a question, the support staff were quick to look in to my issue and respond.

It's really convenient, giving me a lot of help when organizing the google form data. But (maybe it's my bad) it's a little bit annoying when I try many ways to cancel the auto-generated email but still receive them in a few minutes...😵‍💫 Besides, I accidentally subscribed it and I was overwhelmed, but the customer service was really nice and replied my email and refunded in few minutes. I really appreciated about it!

Great an customer service when i needed it!

Quick to assist with finding the solution to my issue!

I am so glad I had gotten on a call with Omiros! He was extremely knowledgeable and was very patient as he explained step by step to help resolve my issues with Form Publisher! I really appreciate his positive attitude and that he took the time to help me understand what it is that was wrong with my google sheets and how things work on the back end. I really really am grateful for his help!
