Even though Forkable claims to be an independent contractor company, they will heavily penalize drivers for not accepting inconvenient routes. Their automated system to accept and decline routes is also quite fallible and support is slow to fix problems that drivers might have with it. They also will not pay you for route associated tolls, such as the $10 San Francisco Bay bridge.

Horrible experience - they are always late, or super early, people are missing lunches and items constantly. if there is an issue, they do not get back to you until the next day and you are left to figure out lunch while everyone else eats. This last week i had plastic in my sandwich and they refunded me $8 of a $18 dollar sandwich when i had to go out and buy a whole new lunch for myself - we are switching as a company to Hungry - DO NOT USE FORKABLE

Very unreliable. Once every week or two weeks there is food not being delivered, or delivered one hour and a half later. Customer service does little to work with restaurants that have problems or provide immediate solutions.
