I LOVE the Forgotten Home Apothecary! I seldom use pharmaceutical meds because I don't like the side effects, so I was in constant hunt for good herbal remedies. This book has a lot of amazing and easy-to-do natural remedies. The ingredients are not hard to find and I always have them in my pantry, which is a big help. I appreciate how Nicole included important instructions on the dosage and warnings if you have other health concerns as well. I might also add that it is not the usual boring herbal book. I like how it was laid out in colorful illustrations and with undeniable creativity (the Table of Contents isn't your usual words and page numbers!) All in all, I just have praises for this book! A must-have and a reliable purchase worth every dollar 101%! Thank you, Nicole, for sharing your herbal recipes.
