Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the robot did not meet your expectations. Trade frequency has never been a limitation of the software itself. Users can increase trading activity by running additional currency pairs, which is exactly what many of the verified accounts on our website do. The robot is designed to only enter the market when its conditions are met, rather than forcing trades when quality opportunities are not present. In fact, we recently released new set files just two days ago that are specifically designed to trade more frequently and address concerns from users looking for additional trading opportunities. Regarding support, we always encourage clients to contact our technical support team so we can review their setup and make recommendations based on their goals and risk tolerance. In cases where trades stop opening, the cause is typically related to installation, broker settings, VPS connectivity, or platform configuration rather than the software itself. Our support team attempted to assist and troubleshoot the issue, but unfortunately we did not receive any further responses to our emails. It's important to note that Forex Fury includes more than 15 different set files and trading configurations. Your review appears to be based on a single set file on a single currency pair, which unfortunately experienced a prolonged drawdown period. While drawdowns are a normal part of automated trading, we understand they can be uncomfortable. We also provide multiple verified live accounts on our website showing the performance of different set files across various market conditions. Many of these configurations have performed significantly differently than the one referenced in your review. For traders seeking lower drawdown, we've recently released 6 new scalping set files which were specifically designed with a different risk profile and trade management approach. Regarding the claim of paid reviews, that is simply not accurate. Our customers interact publicly in our Discord community, share their results openly, and are free to leave honest feedback based on their own experiences. Demo accounts often show idealized fills, faster execution, and unlimited liquidity, which can result in more frequent trades and unrealistically smooth performance. This is a well-known industry difference and not unique to Forex Fury. Forex Fury is a conservative, session-based strategy, meaning it will remain idle during periods of low-quality conditions, major news events, or unusual market environments. Extended inactivity is expected at times and is intentional risk management — not a malfunction. Regarding losses: risk, lot size, broker conditions, and account settings play a major role. A $1,000 loss over a small number of trades typically indicates position sizing that exceeds our recommended guidelines. We’re unable to locate a support ticket from this reviewer.
