I reached out to Cashpower after seeing a free trial advertised on their website for the Cashpower Expert Advisor 2026. At first, I didn’t get a response right away, but when they replied to my Trustpilot review, they explained that the free trial had been temporarily offline because they were fixing a bug — and that it is now available again for download on the website so you can test it on MT4. They also encouraged reading the manuals for correct setup. Their message was friendly and supportive, and I appreciate them clearing that up. The EA itself is marketed as an automated MT4 trading tool for Gold (XAUUSD) with features like no martingale/grid, small stop loss, and low drawdown — and a 7-day free trial is offered before the monthly USD 40 subscription applies. Communication has been responsive and personal, which I value, but the initial delay and mismatch between the website and email information about the free trial was confusing and could be clearer. The promotional language and performance claims are strong, so I’d still recommend that potential users ask for verified performance results or additional transparency before subscribing. Overall, a positive experience but with room for clearer information alignment.
