Caveat emptor!
If it is a gift, be very sure before purchasing and engraving. Restrictive return policy. I neglected to apply my discount code and even though I contacted the company immediately, within minutes, (AI bot chat only, no person ever spoke with me), I couldn't use the discount code. Not very accommodating.
