Never recived the package from USPS.
Never recived the package from USPS. I called the USPS Office , they suppouse to get back to me. They never did. I call the suplier, they send me to USPS. I think the Supplier should be involved sa well. I give up.

I did not get the package…
I did not get the package even though it says delivered. I emailed yall and was told I will not be getting a replacement. So I’m out the $55 I spent with yall and got nothing for it. Unacceptable. I am disputing the charges and will not be making another purchase from Forever Lux again.

Unfortunately, once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, we are unable to replace or refund the order under our shipping policy. We always recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier office in case the package was mis-delivered. Got damaged bottle
Got damaged bottle . Contacted customer service few times. Did not show any concerns or any desire to help . Said it is external damage so cannot do anything. How can I give damaged can ax gift to anyone

This place is a joke
This place is a joke. I ordered a product on Monday because they said it will be there by that saturday. Needed it for a gift that Sunday. Guess who's product didnt come? Yes. Its now been over a week and they said will be delivered today which was yesterday guess what didnt come yet. Lol its still not even in my state. Contacted them and all I recieved where generic responses saying its the shippers fault. And now they reported me to Walmart because ive called them out on there BS. Sad company doing business out of some crappy warehouse in NJ. Long story short unreliable company with excuses.

Foreverlux claims free and easy returns not true beware
I am very disappointed with Foreverlux.I have been purchasing colognes and perfumes for at least 10 years from them. I wanted to return a cologne back to them and they made me pay return shipping when it clearly states FREE AND EASY RETURNS we are not happy unless you are 100 percent satisfied. I will not be doing anymore business with this company.

This is not real cologne
This is not real cologne, or it’s a reject batch. Smell is weak and doesn’t last long plus it has a yellow tint. Customer service wants me to return the cologne then of course pay a fee for restocking. Problem is I did not read the reviews prior to purchase, a lot say they sent their cologne back then never received the refund. Now customer service will not even respond to me. It’s fake don’t waste your money
