First time customer, definitely will order again. Upon arriving on the website, I noticed a guarantee: parcel will ship the next day. I placed my order on Thursday evening last week, paid for 2 day shipping, and it took 3 days for the shipment to process, and, a whole week for my parcel to arrive with my new scents. If you pay for timely shipping, don't be surprised if there are delays. On another note; prices are excellent. I trust in the authenticity of the products, however, the plastic wrap around my scents were identical, hinting toward third party wrapping. Could mean they filled it, could mean the boxes came unwrapped and they like the professional look of a wrapped product.
