I made a purchase on ForeverLux website with a 2 to 3 day delivery promise. The following day received a DHL tracking number. 7 days past and no delivery. I email ForeverLux and they blame DHL. I Call DHL and discover that ForeverLux waited 6 days before getting my package to a DHL distribution center. I'm informed by DHL my package will not arrive for another week and half. I contacted ForeverLux once again and they lied to me again and will not compensate for their absolute horrible customer service.

Buyer beware!!! They sent me a bottle of cool water that doesn’t spray n after a week of back n forth they refuse to refund or send a working bottle. And the scent fades extremely quickly.

SCAM, they canceled my order and they did sent the money back to my bank.

I found a few fragrances with a great price. I ordered a few and my payment went through with no issues. Today I get an email that said there was a glitch in their system and they cancelled my whole order. The items are in stock but now with an inflated price. I have consistently been purchasing from them for a while now. I contacted support through chat and they keep saying they emailed me already and then disconnected the chat. They should honor the price they advertise especially after taking payment.

I oredered from them and never got the item. They sent me a tracking number that says delivered but I never got the item. When I contacted them they basically said that it was not their problem. So they charged me, I never got the item and they didn’t even make an effort to help me with my problem. Will never buy from them…. I advise people to not buy from them because eventually they will scam you.

I placed an order with ForeverLux on 03-06-22. The tracking number shows “en route to DHL e-commerce” since the March 7th and hasn't updated since. I have sent a couple emails to them asking them for an update and all they say its “en route” and they give me the tracking number I’m already following. I have asked for a refund but they have refuse to give it. It’s been 14 days since I've placed my order. At this point, I believe this package was lost or never shipped out from their warehouse to DHL. I would not recommend ForeverLux to anyone. Try fragrancex.com or fragrancenet.com

Terrible customer service with rude customer service representative, Claudia. Got a bottle of perfume that was the wrong color and didn’t smell like it should. Sent photos per their request. Back and forth with emails that got ruder and ruder on their end. Even though I have spent a lot of money with them over the years, this encounter with them has soured me on them completely. I’ll never shop with them again. Ever.

Its shipping system is so cheap and unprofessional! You can imagine that its shipping is such slow that probably a biker can take an item from coast to coast faster than what carrier or method they use. Also, offered coupons in their website are useless because their prices are going to be the same as their ebay store (but you get ebay support in case of probelm at least!)
