Ordered from them and box came empty, then we went for a replacement and that box was empty also! NEVER AGAIN !!!

Terrible company with horrible customer service. They lost my package and refuse to refund me my money or do anything about it. I have all the emails as proof and screenshot of my order if anyone would like to see it.

I paid, they say shipped but order never received. Merchant refuses to make purchase right, states because USPS indicates delivered they won't help further. Buy at your own risk, i hope the USPS worker that stole my mothers gift enjoys the free s***. Better to buy from established business that holds up their end of sale.

I ordered from Walmart thinking I'm getting it from Walmart but it was coming from this third party vendor and I immediately tried to cancel the order but the ole scammer Claudia said it was already shipped out. I seen all the bad reviews on the BBB and I KNEW I never wanted any perfume or cologne from them because it was FAKE!!!!!!! I will NEVER order perfume or cologne on Walmart's website again!!!! I will DEFINITELY be returning this FAKE mess!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

This is a suck company they are selling tester that have been used and when you email them about that they don't care and claudia the representative all she says is you can return the order but is gonna cost you 20% for restocking fee so please go to fragancex or fragancenet or even giftexpress they have tester the never been sprayed, so disappointed with foreverlux

This is the worst fragrance company I have ever ordered from, my cousin came to visit and he ordered a cologne on this site (my treat) I also ordered one and since it was my first time ordering I decided to pay with my afterpay account, I decided to check the next day to see if it had shipped to my surprise it had been canceled, I contacted them the only way possible which was by email and I got a response that it was flagged fraud, I asked why and was told to contact my bank. Ok I figured that maybe the issue was that the order name didn't match the payment name (which shouldn't matter since afterpay had paid them) so I went ahead and registered with my name and proceeded to reorder my fragrance but this time used my PayPal account and again my order was canceled, I proceeded to contact afterpay, PayPal and my bank and got the same response from all of them "there is no issue at our end and there isn't any flags on your account of fraud. I then emailed Foreverlux multiple times asking why my orders were flagged as fraud since every other company associated with my order is assuring me that it's not at their end but they have yet to respond. What a huge disappointment, I had high hopes for this company. I guess I'll just have to continue ordering from fragrancenet since I've never had any issues with them. Serves me right for trying a different company. SMH! 😡

Horrible, bought something, they screwed up the package slip. It didn’t get sent to me, was returned. The item then was out of stock on the website and said they could send out the same product they already shipped to me??? How does that make sense??? Horrible and useless customer service. please I beg you, don’t shop here. They go through DHL for no reason causing shipping to be twice as long. Wouldn’t trust them again. Go to aura, fragrancenet or just anywhere that actually cares.
