I don’t need to say much because the last response I received from this so called business says it all. let me remind you I sent them all the pictures they requested and more! I even sent them pictures of the fragrance sealed in box you can tell it was broken because the box was super wet & heavy but they wanted pictures of the actual fragrance which I provided and this is what they had to say to me this is days of me reaching out and providing them with pictures. Unfortunately, we do need proof of the damages at the moment of delivery and for this reason we need all the pictures already mentioned. We do not cover damages after delivery. We are unable to file an insurance claim without providing proof of the damages. If you are able to somehow provide this, please let me know and it will be my pleasure to assist you.

Son unos estafadores dicen enviar el pedido y proporcionan guía de seguimiento y fecha de entrega pero nunca llega tu paquete y lo peor se basan en esa prueba de entrega para no responderte sino quieres ser estafado y pasar un rato amargo ni se te ocurra comprar con foreverlux, una experiencia horrible.

I wish I could go lower than a 1, fragrance doesn’t last at all, doesn’t smell like the real thing. Please stay away, if it looks to good to be true most of the time it is, this is one of those times!!!!!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY PERFUME! Worst shipping I’ve ever seen. It’s been ten days and no updates from DHL (who by the way is just as bad). I’ve called ForeverLux and they say there’s nothing they can do and say it’s DHL’s problem and DHL says it’s theirs. Terrible company to deal with. Will not purchase from them again. Update 5/26/23: never received my item. ForeverLux only “created” a label and never shipped to DHL. They wouldn’t give me an explanation so I had to report it as fraud to my bank.

Just like everyone else. I thought I was buying from Walmart. Then when my cologne arrived I immediately knew it was FAKE! Because I own a bottle that came from the retailer. I compared both of them. That FAKE garbage does not smell the same. And it only last for 15 mins. It also left a strange white film on my skin. That company needs to be shut down for FRAUD! I sent it back and got a refund. It's sad that Walmart is basically helping them scam people by allowing them to sell on thier website.

This has happened the last 4 of 5 times. I order from them, my guess is that they never had the item in stock in the first place yet they go through the trouble of creating a fake shipping label, then 4 days later they send me and email that the item got returned from the shipper damaged and no longer have the item to resend it. Yes I’m talking to you Claudia, who sends the same form letter every time. Just tell me it was a “in stock” mistake and stop wasting my time. Just seems too convenient that this has happened the last 4 out of 5 orders on hard to find items. This company practices give buyers false hope that it was actually sent out and are charged for it. DHL can’t be that bad of a shipper, and if they are, they should not be used anymore. If it supposedly happens 4x to me, imagine how much “damaged stock” they lose or they’re just using DHL as a scapegoat for fake “damaged” items that they never had or shipped in the first place cause if this many orders are damaged, they’re losing lots of money and if this is actually the case, they would have changed shippers long ago. Stop faking it cause you’re just pissing off people as 80% of these reviews confirm. I’m ordering from Fragrancebuy from now on, they never play these games.

I spoke with Claudia, similar to some other reviews I read. She assured me that the cologne was authentic, so when it arrived, I took it directly to the store where they knew immediately that it was a fake. I'm returning it to Walmart to get a refund.
