The company followed through and corrected their error. They are NOT engaging in fraud. They responded promptly and adequately. The product is a good one. Not Fraud if they do what they promise... They sent me message asking for my contact info, promising to correct the error-- but sent no way to reply to their email with my contact infp. I do not want to post that online. If they correct I the error on Monday I will change my rating. Forever Flawless--send me a way to email you or phone you my contact info. Fraudulent Business Practice! Check out did not give price after Valentines coupon (second item for one cent) was applied EVEN THOUGH THE CHECKOUT FORM SAID IT WAS APPLIED. Products Purchased: Diamond Infused Exfoliating & Foaming Cleanser Diamond Infused Facial Peeling Gel Diamond Infused HYDRA-AM Moisture Complex Cream I have used several skincare products, over the past 20 years, that have delivered impressive results, but none of them ever delivered results amazing enough to justify paying the high prices associated with them. I am 40 years old, and most people are left speechless when they discover my age; therefore, I have never been too concerned with a skincare regimen aside from the inexpensive acne treatment line I have been using for years. And then I was introduced to Forever Flawless. I thought, "Here goes another pointless product demonstration", but I was absolutely amazed at the instant results after only a demonstration. I have used the peeling gel on my face only once, and the foaming cleanser and AM moisturizer twice, and I am in love with these products. My skin feels as smooth as my one-year old infant's face! I have extremely oily skin with large pores, and I am constantly removing blackheads. After only one peeling treatment, my skin is balanced, and my husband noticed a dramatic difference in my skin the next morning. All the large, clogged pores on my nose and chin instantly appeared clean and smaller than the night before.Even the hyper-pigmented spots on my face have seemed to disappear overnight. To top it all of? ZERO irritation, ZERO swelling! Just all results. My husband lets me know I am beautiful every single day, and this product feels like icing on the cake. Worth every penny. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review? I find I need to wash with a separate cleanser to remove all of my makeup prior to using the Diamond Infused Exfoliating and Foaming Cleanser.

I had to pay duty on my purchase when it was delivered. Another face cream company I order from doesn’t put the actual value on the weigh bill and I have never had to pay the duty. This makes quite a difference in the total price
