Disappointed
Wish I could write 5 stars but my experience doesn’t warrant it. First off, a little while after I submitted my order I received an email asking me to confirm my address. I promptly did so and never heard anything back (ie order has been shipped or confirmation they received my order). I called and spoke to customer service. The woman was very kind and helpful and kindly sent off my order. I didn’t receive my package by the receiving date only because they delivered it to the wrong home! Lucky for me I have great neighbours who didn’t keep it for themselves and brought it over to me. I couldn’t believe that there wasn’t even a sign in delivery for such an expensive item. I opened it up and was so saddened by the packaging. For a high end order the packaging was terrible. It was if the ink was still wet in the packaging when they sent it as it had black smudges all over it. The boxes themselves appeared worn and the seal on the actual cream appeared subpar. So saddened at the presentation on this product. I took pictures if anyone would like to see it. My partner has wanted me his for years after having it once but could never afford. Now I got it and it appears to be a knock off based on the package. I hope the actual cream is better but sadly I won’t order again.
