I was just at Park Meadows Mall in Colorado. I got suckered in to coming in to the store and had exactly the same experience described by many on this page--really high pressure sales tactics and the offer of a free service for which he then wanted my credit card to purchase something else. I wasn't insulted by Sean like some of the others on this page, but I was totally turned off by the slick, high pressure sales tactics. I did see a difference in my skin in the demonstration. But the avalanche of compliments and obvious sales lines were a huge turnoff. If your products are good, which they may well be.....why do you sell them this way? I don't trust you as a company because you've made the choice to pitch products as if they are sleazy network marketing scams. If it quacks like a duck, walks like a duck...

when I was walking past one of the forever flawless outlets at Orchard, the salesperson there rushed up to me and acted friendly while getting me to take a sample of their product. I was unable to shake her off even though I needed to go somewhere else urgently. In the end, I was kind of forced onto a chair to try out their products. Although the products were effective in removing my blemishes, the products were just too pricey. The salesperson however offered to use her discount passes to get me a discount from $120 to $90 when I told her I didn’t have the cash then and I tried refusing her. It was nice of her to even make a deal that I promote their products to my close ones, but I really didn’t want to get the product mainly due to its price. However, how could I refuse her when she is bugging me so much? Eventually, I bought the product even though the cash I had was meant for something else more important. I feel that the salespeople should be more considerate to their customers and accept rejection.

I feel that i got sucked in to this very costly service and product. The sales agent at forever flawless rockland center manage to convince me to spend almost $4,000 for supposedly very good product and comes with “free facial”. What I don’t understand is everytime i booked my free facial i feel that i am being pressured again to buy more product , wherein i was telling them that there is a product from them that doesn’t work for me and makes my eczema flares up.. and by the way out of curiosity i did check the website and apparently i am a gold member and qualified for product refill but no one out of these three agents thati dealt with mention this to me! I don’t know i am supposed to have 6 more facials but most of the time i get like a demonstration facial to try to sell to me again another line of product... come on people i just bought $2,800 worth of product 3 weeks ago .. why try to sell me again $1600 worth of product 😡😡😡 i was telling them i was not pleased about some of the product- and he said he will change it for me but only if i buy more and upgrade to platinum membership!!! I am at lost .. facial services supposed to be relaxing at least that’s how i felt when i go somewhere else , but at this flawless outlet i feel pressure and i am dreading now and reluctant to make another appointment for facial for i know i am just gonna get pressured to buy more product.. i never spend more than $500 for my face care .. i spend almost $4000 and stress by this kind of sale tactics..

I have emailed twice to say that the gift card I was given is not being accepted. Still awaiting a response.

I stopped into the Forever Flawless store in Denver. I haven't experienced strong-arm sales tactics like that since my last car purchase. Finally, just to get away I agreed to purchase one product after they offered free coupons and other incentives. Then they didn't give me those free products at check out. Prices are about double for products that have the same "peptide" ingredients. But go ahead an buy their product if spending excess on a product makes it seem more special.

I absolutely love the forever flawless products but I was a little disappointed with how long it took for me to get my order. It took almost 2 weeks for my products to ship and I never got the email to verify shipment or to receive my tracking number. I had to contact customer service myself and that still took 3 more days until I received any information. I am not sure if I will be ordering again but if I do, I will make sure I place my order 3 weeks before I actually need the product.

Ordered from an e-mail special "Stay flawless for fall", did not receive what I ordered.

Placed an order on 10/11/16 and my payment has been debited from my account, but I still haven't received an delivery notice with tracking number. So needless to say I still haven't received my order.
