Dear Joan, We are sorry to hear about your negative experience, but it seems there might be some confusion. We would like to clarify that we do not have any physical store locations. Our company is a wholesale supplier / online retailer, and we exclusively sell our products directly to consumers through our official website. Based on your review, it appears that your purchase might have been made at a brick-and-mortar store that carries our products. However, it's essential to understand that these physical locations are independently owned and operated businesses. While they may carry our products, their practices and policies are separate from our own. We take customer feedback seriously and want to ensure that you are not attributing the issues you faced to our online platform or practices. As an online retailer, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a straightforward and transparent return policy to address any concerns about our products. We sincerely regret any inconvenience or disappointment you experienced, but we kindly request you to direct your concerns to the physical store where you made your purchase. They will be better equipped to assist you with their specific return and refund procedures. If you ever consider purchasing from our official website in the future, we assure you that we value our customers' satisfaction and are committed to delivering a positive shopping experience. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we hope this clarifies any confusion about our company's operations. Sincerely, Forever Flawless Customer Relations Team
