I just purchased the diamond facial gel today because I was amazed at the demonstration of the product in store. I do not have sensitive skin but yet when using this on my face I felt burning and when I was rinsing it off it became stuck to my skin! I couldn’t remove the gel from the sides of my face(cheek bones down)!!! I had to scrub and pull little balls of product off of my face to finally remove it, some are still there but my face hurts so bad I can’t keep scrubbing at it. I am so disappointed in this very expensive product. I should have asked the refund policy before purchasing, or better yet they should have told me. I will not be back to purchase any other items after this. 2 stars because the staff was amazing

My order was completed on 12/21 and a tracking number assigned. As of today, 12/28 the tracking says the USPS is still waiting on the package. Totally unacceptable! The reply from Forever Flawless made no sense. According to USPS they have not received the package so cannot even start tracking it yet. I am patient but it has been a week since the “record time fulfillment”. Why doesn’t the USPS have the package?

I ordered the all-purpose lotion, the only one I could find on the website, because I had received a small sample and wanted the full product. I was very disappointed. The tube of lotion I received has none of the heavenly fragrance that made me order the product. If there is a different all purpose lotion (all purpose lotion is what the sample is called), then where is it on the website?

I bought the peeling gel from a Paragon Kiosk in LimeRidge Mall this week. When I got home and opened the box the container looked like it had been opened and used. The container was only half full...The spoon also provided with the peeling gel looked scratched up... like it was already used. I went back to see if they would give me a new one and without hesitation or questions they switched it before I could even explain. They didn't even look at the product or look at the new one they gave me. At first I thought it was nice, but now after reading reviews I think the company may be a bit sketchy. When I got home the second time with the new product again the container was only half full and the spoon looked scratched up. My main question is, should the container be filled up to the top? cause I highly doubt this will last me two years like it says...

They changed the formula! I used to love this, swear by it, be obsessed. Just ordered 2 more white diamond peel and the texture, the quantity, and the effects have changed. It used to be WAY more powerful and didn't dry as quickly on your face. I'm very dissapointed.

they cancel my order without explanation

I just bought this product and the sales rep told me it costs 200$ but when I wasnt interested he told me he would give me it for 80$ plus tax. So he lied about the price to make the original price seem amazing? Sorry that's stupid. Your sales team are pushy, odd and sound like scammers when selling things. Get people who talk slow and competent. Ah I see, then the company Paragon are the ones trying to upsell the product. The price wasnt listed anywhere and I did not purchase after being told "oh for you it can be $80". Makes you wonder what this product is really worth? Very little details online about it anyways so I guess it's not amazing :/ but with the shady business deal I still feel the interaction is worth a 1 star. Product itself no idea(for anyone who wants to use it, if you have a good interaction then that's amazing) *edited to add my last additional comment and changed to 2 stars since it was the retailer's fault but the distributor or whatever still picks their retailers to represent the product.

We really enjoy the product at the beginning when we just started but getting a VOGO is not the same quality that you will receive from a regular order. I think the ingredients they used for the promo is less effective vs paying original price in short you receive two items for the price of one and get 50% less effective. Beware and be aware the effect is half so in reality you are only getting 50% or less effectiveness because it is not the same potency.
