Lara C was correct every time a negative response is given additional 5 stars with no depth given. I noticed tahat one customer said the paid $40k I would like to ask did you receive $40k of product? Also the other customer from Sydney who has not received a reply are you contemplating seeking legal advise or looking at a seeking something else. I can't believe tat the company has taken out money without providing the product and service paid for.. Forever flawless sydney service was non existent I tried many times to get a response from the company they shut their doors with a text message sorry rent too much we are closing Mean while we have pre paid no response from the company in George street to repay or give another service and product from another forever flawless company say at Bondi When I rang Bondi they said they were a separate company so back to finding out it’s a franchise the head office company in America should pay the full cost back of the prepayment Anyway talk about a possible con from my personal experience One: Why are they using the same name forever flawless where you paid by them? Do they buy the produce from you? Basically I have seen the worst of the worst stealing peoples money and somehow you are the operating company that receives revenue somehow - I am totally astonished that as the Sydney people in Forever Flawless mentioned the people in America's operations are millionaires and live in mansion - this I would say is at the expense of ripping others off- your operation is far from above board. By the way I would not have started corresponding again except trustpilot got in touch with me because you wanted to remove my previous comment - so here I am yet again without any success except the rich getting richer with their deceiving con action - ripping poor defenseless people off. 25November 2018 just wondering why I have not had confirmation that I emailed all my details on payments and the brief of actions that had taken place? I went to the miami forever flawless store to buy a cream someone told to. First we entered to the store and they wanted me to pay for the cream $350 and i told them that it was supposed to be $250 ( they told my friend that price the day before) and they agreed. Later on the guy from there, Sean started to point ugly things of my mom, “you have so many wrinkles here and bags under your eyes” until he convinced her to try the product. It worked but for 10 minutes then her face turned white and we couldn’t get it of. They are liars, no gold skin product will be given away so easy and free, this is a scam. You don’t see great skin care stores giving free creams or lowing their cream costs so you buy it

BEWARE of being pulled off the street in Old San Juan Puerto Rico. My husband and I were given a sample which looked like a flat diamond and told they had a free application to get rid of bags under the eyes. Going in their shop was our first mistake. The young man did apply a product on my baggy eyes, one at a time to show the difference and the product did work. He then offered to sell it to us for $699 u.s. which we immediately said no. The price then lowered to $299 u.s. which after some coaxing we agreed. This was our 2nd mistake. 3rd, he called a woman named Lola over who said she was French and 40 years of age..she looked in her mid 20s stating she had worked for the company for 14 years and her skin was flawless due to using their product. I made the 4th mistake by agreeing to let her do the non surgical facelift on one side of my face with the promise of doing the other side after seeing results. Ok they have us hooked..needless to say, you can't leave til you get the other side done. All the time she was telling me how I deserved this treatment, blah blah blah. This had become an arm twisting time-share production. My husband was getting squirmy as we had already used a precious hour (time was limited as our cruise ship was in port for only 5 hours and we were down to 1 1/2 hrs left) We both repeatedly told LOLA no we would not purchase the product which had gone from something like 13K down to buying one product at $4K. My husband got up and waited outside as he was totally perturbed. At this point, she became so very sorry for me to put up with such a horrible person that wouldn't spend money on my health and beauty. I told her she was acting like a strong armed time share salesman to which she was totally devastated saying people paid $600 for her to do this treatment on them. I told her to just finish the procedure as I was the one that was refusing to pay this ridiculous amount of money knowing nothing of their product. She finished me all right. She said "ok, you are all done, but then said wait a minute" and ran over to another counter and returned with a good sized amount of a clear product which she smeared over my entire face including into my eyes. I told her it was in my eyes and she got a cotton ball and removed it and said, "there you can go now" About 20 minutes later my face turned white as this product had dried out. I am now out in public with a CLOWN FACE. My husband says Irish, your face is turning all white, to which we found something for me to look at my reflection and yep all white, now we are scrambling to find a tissue or something to wipe this stuff off..finally we found a bit of water and was able to get enough of the white removed to board the ship and head straight to a restroom to wash it off. LOLA got me. This was totally unprofessional. I would sure like to return the product I did get, which turns out to be snake venom, as the saleman was supposed to write down the instructions for its use and of course once I opened the sack no instructions were there to be found. Oh and btw, we paid for it prior to LOLA showing up or we definitely would not have purchased. Shame on corporate Forever Flawless for allowing such tactics! Would give a zero if allowed!

The cleansing has been received with half bottle, which it was opened already. I am so disappointed it as it costed €80.

I purchased the exfoliating face gel and was told there was a free gift included. No gift was received !

Dirty treatment room, unclean therapist, and lies. Went yesterday to the Madrid shop for a "free treatment". Turns out, the free treatment "worth Euro 250" pero voucher given to me, was nothing but a face cleaning. I could spend Eur 50 on products to get a complete facial. I asked to see the price list, and saw a product which costed Eur 50 and agreed to the full facial. The treatment room was dirty. No clean towels, only a blanket which must have been utilized several times after its last wash. The therapist - and store manager -had bad breath, so I had to suffer this during the whole treatment. She stepped out several times to charge customers - not sure why she did as there was other personnel - and came back every time without washing her hands. She kept pushing products to me without answering about ingredients and repeating NASA technology as if it was God. At the end she showed me the mirror to see the miracle in my face, as there were less spots. With proper light later I saw that the improvement was due to a kind of white chalk in the cream which would wash away. The product that I was going to buy for Eur 50 was not available since a long time, only much more expensive products.
