Paid almost $70 for a Highland Cow Advent Calendar. The photos looked like miniature 3D cows but, opened the first one today and it's a tiny 2D plastic picture. Not even close to worth the money paid. Child was extremely disappointed. Lesson learned.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich Null Sterne geben. Niemals dort etwas kaufen!! Ich habe für knapp 30 Euro einen Formel 1 Kalender gekauft. Als er ankam bemerkte ich, dass er rein GAR NICHTS mit dem angepriesenen Kalender gemein hat. Es waren winzige 2 D Plättchen drin mit Bildern von Autos. Das wurde nicht erwähnt.

Absolutely avoid this company. I ordered an advent calendar expecting to receive a product that looked just like the photos: beautiful, detailed pieces, elegant presentation, a premium calendar. The reality? A package that arrived after weeks of waiting… only to find a cheap white box filled with tiny plastic food items that have NOTHING to do with the pictures on their website. It's exactly the kind of product that makes you regret not checking the reviews first. As for customer service, they refuse to take any responsibility for the slightest mistake and offer an insulting "compensation" of a few dollars for a purchase of around €40. I'm sharing my experience to prevent others from being ripped off like I was. This is the last time I'll order from them.

Do not order from this company!!! This company provide fake tracking information and never deliver the order. If you contact them you will be told to wait and be patient as apparently 2 months is still a reasonable delivery period. When a dispute was raised the tracking information changes from one continent to another. I still have no received my order despite this company claiming it has now been delivered. Save your money and shop elsewhere..

Terrible, terrible company. I wish I would have researched them before purchasing. Hopefully someone will see these reviews prior to their purchase. The item I bought, advent calendar, was terrible. I contacted the company and they just kept giving me the run around.

Scammers. Over 2 months order never arrived. Reached out several times and no proper reply. I have reported it as fraud to my credit card company. Wish I saw these reviews first.

Awful company, don’t buy from them!!!!!! Rubbish products and they don’t look like pictures also take months to arrive. Bad customer service, offered £8 compensation uk. The product wasn’t worth £5 and with delivery spent almost £60!!!!!!!

The piece of trash they sent me goes straight in the bin!!! What rubbish, money grubbing at its best!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! They won't even enter into refund, so don't bother!! DON'T BUY, EASY!!!
