Ordered two banks for my grandkids in October and still not have received them. They don't give a legit tracking and completely lie and give you the runaround. They are scammers and will take your money and you will not get your items. Hope they use my money to get out of their mama's basement and get a job!!

Would give a zero rating if I could. Ordered 4 piggy banks for Christmas over 6 weeks ago and all I’ve received is dodgy emails from an unknown courier company saying it’s been sent and it’s progress etc but then even they stopped and no response to any emails. Buyer beware do not buy from this company - scammer.

Everything went wrong. From web site lies that items shipped from Colorado, USA, Not receiving discount for buying multiple items, overcharge of $ 13.00 on bank card for order. Inability to cancel BEFORE shipping as website said I could ( when I was charged an EFT charge, I attempted to cancel several times via email customer support ! ) They would not cancel ! Run around when contacting Customer Service and got auto replies. Items shipped from Ireland. Shipping tracking company is flagged as a scam company as it Forever Beloved. They will not refund my money so the customer service guarantee is a lie. Still have not received the order/ items I needed for Nov 23rd but, good news.... I ordered the bank on Amazon for $8.00 less and had it in 4 days.

Utterly horrific company. Basically a con artist with completely false advertising. Plus took nearly 2 months to arrive. Nothing as expected or as described.

Ordered 3 piggy banks on oct 2nd still not received them. Had an email saying they are with shipment. Still not received them sent emails and messages no reply whatsoever. Monies taken from bank account. BEWARE SCAMMERS

If I could give a zero, I would. I cancel an order within 20 minutes of placing. I followed their protocol for cancellation, notified the seller, etc. I cancelled because their website seems to be in USA as indicated by the USA FLAG USD in upper left corner of website and when I used my PayPal the funds were going to UK. Reason for cancellation, the invoice indicated $129 when I purchased and when the confirmation was sent it went to $155, showing $25 in taxes. My state tax is around 6.5%. I sent numerous emails on 11-19-23 & 11-21, I could not get anyone to respond to my cancellation, shined me on as one would say. I would not order from this company or from this Seller: chenghesuger. My tracking for the product indicates its being sent from SWEDEN. This is such a scam or appears to be. So many things off. They say to call helpline or email. there is no number for helpline. when I emailed the customer service support, it always comes back saying I have to contact the SELLER. Really, who is going to return my money? I will be refusing the order and escalating it further for satisfaction. I see others are giving rave reviews, glad you had a great experience. If you have information about contacting this company, I would welcome!

Same as previous lady. Order Childs pyjamas which looked lovely. Order on 14th October. Tracking all over the place. Says it has been in London since 11th Nov. When I ask them about it they just say wait patiently. Been ripped off. Over £30 wasted. Horrid company. DO NIT USE THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order for a pair of pajamas for My grand-daughter on September 29, 2023. It is now November 20, 2023, and it's almost 60 days and the item has not been received. I have contacted customer service at least 6 times inquiring about delivery and receive the same response- "logistics". I have requested a full refund for my order including shipping-let's see what happens. I haven't heard anything...yet again. I would be extremely hesitant to purchase from this company.
