Took 5 weeks for 1 of the 2 letters ordered to arrive. Not hand crafted, stick on letters and half the size I was expecting.i was charged £ 23 and £20 odd pounds instead of the advertised £14:99. Very disappointed. Now have no presents for my grandson and as a pensioner on a fixed income, no money to buy more.

Orded piggy banks (x5) 6 weeks ago. They are lost somewhere in transport. I am not receiving any help at all from the seller.

I ordered a letter money box which cost £27!! It took over 2 months to arrive and i am discusted !!! Its tiny!!! Poor quality!! And stickers included to put on my grandsons name instead of what said ... it was supposed to be personilised by them !!! I will be talking to my card company about this purchase .. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE !!!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Totally got scammed by this company. Fell for their false advertising and thought I ordered an engraved bank for my nephew. It arrived with stickers so I could personalize it myself. Customer service, if you could call it that, told me it's more meaningful if I customize it myself.

Ordered piggy banks for my grandchildren in October. Received "tracking" information which makes no sense. Supposedly shipped from USA but clearly came from overseas. Products never received. Automated broken English replies from their "Customer Service" contact email, same response every time. Filed a dispute with Visa, company appears to be a scam.

0! Scam company, they’ve took my money for a personalized wooden children’s bank on October 22. Tracking stopped reporting on 11/18 in Chapel Hill. Never made it to my state which with ups or usps would normally take 3 days. I hope the FBI shuts down their scam operation. I will never order anything from a social media add again

Two months later, no product and can not get in touch with anyone to get my money back. I ordered pyjamas, for my granddaughter, on October 16th, 2023. NEVER will order from this company again. They say they will ship within 4 or 5 days and they give you a tracking number but the tracking number doesn’t ever update until you complain at least 5 times. When they do update, the information is wrong. My parcel left from wherever it was shipped from & ended up in Newfoundland, Canada then, after many more emails asking about my order, the update said it had just arrived at customs in Vancouver, Canada. I am certain I emailed 12 to 15 times asking about my order. Replies are written in English but make absolutely no sense & my questions were never answered. Example - “We are so sorry for that. We have asked the carrier to expedite transportation speed. But sometimes the logistics has some delay. We've urged the update of logistics information. Sorry for the inconvenience.” Or this - “This is the Customer Service Center. In order to solve your problem quickly, less text, more service! Please click the customer service system (there is no customer service system’ to click on) to consult. Alternatively, you can click on 'continue waiting' (‘continue waiting’ button also does not exist) and customer service will reply to you in this email, thank you for your patience.” What does this even mean? Today, December 4th, 2023, my parcel arrived. Finally! It took more than 1 1/2 months to deliver a pair of pyjamas. I wasn’t hopeful that I would ever receive them but I will never order from Forever Beloved.
