I ordered wooden letter banks for my nephews over a month now and I still have not received them. I sent email questioning why there has been no status update linked to tracking since 12/1/2023. I received an incoherent response. I will be reporting this to my bank as fraud. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

FOREVER BELOVED IS A SCAM!!! Learned my lesson to never order anything appearing on Facebook! I ordered two wooden piggy banks for my nieces for Christmas on October 28. Have not received as of December 8. Kept getting shipment emails that order shipped from France and was received in the United States. Last email I got was November 25 and my order was in Manchester (no state indicated). Sure wish I would have checked out the website, but it really seemed like a legitimate company. Very professional looking! I also was charged a different amount like the other reviews indicated. I am NOT going to waste my time contacting the company/shipping. I am going to contact PayPal to report my order as a SCAM! Seems these illegitimate scams are becoming a lot more frequent and we consumers are getting "ripped off"! GET A REAL JOB YOU BUMS!!!!!!!!!

It’s a scam. Do not buy from this company. I ordered the beautiful looking personalized pyjamas for kids. It has said that it’s been through customs and waiting at a post office that isn’t at all a major sorting area for my country for two months now, and i cannot get in touch with a real person at customer service to dispute anything. I suspect nothing was ever sent and it’s all fake. I’ll update this is anyone ever gets back to me or the stuff arrives.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I Ordered 2 piggy banks in October, been told they had been shipped from US to Belfast and today they say they’ve just left China. Absolute scam company. Very difficult to get in touch with and all replies are computer generated. Will now open a complaint with my bank

Ordered 3 money boxes, for my grand nieces, money paid. Total scam, bunch of fraudsters, items never arrived

Fraudulent Company ordered letter banks for my son for Christmas kept getting shipping updates died somewhere in Lawton Oklahoma contacted my credit card company and filed a fraud claim do hopefully get a refund from this. googled shipping company also seems it is a scam shipping company too.

I ordered Forever Beloved Personalized Large Wooden Kids Letter Piggy Bank for my grandchildren for a Christmas Gift back in October. I kept getting shipping notifications being shipped and held in customs. Then the last notification was on 11/26/2023 that they are in Charlotte NC. As of today i have not received them. I reached out to the company and they could not give me any more information to where they are. Very frustrating. What is upsetting, they stated they were made in USA and too find they are from overseas. This company is a big FRAUD!!!!

I placed an order on 11/15/23. I DID NOT receive any emails other than order received. I Finally reached out 10 business days later(excluding holidays) advising I will report FRAUD with my bank. They responded 1 day later saying items mailed. I asked for Tracking # 2 days okay and they are MUTE!! ZERO TRUST SO, I'VE REPORTED FRAUD!!! ****December 28, 2023, still NO ORDERE RECEIVED**** FEBRUARY 2024, STILL have NOT received my items
