Scam. Item never arrived.

This is a SCAM! I placed an order 2 months ago and my questions are not answered! Common line of sorry for the inconvenience doesn’t cut it! I ordered several items as gifts with more than ample time. What a tremendous and disappointing mistake!! RUN don’t entertain this company!

I ordered several "personalized" banks to give as Christmas gift. I placed my order in October. I only received my first one on December 16. It was NOT personalized. It was much smaller and just came with stickers. I tried to contact the company but no one ever responded. I'm so upset because now I'm out of money ad gifts.

SCAM! Run away as fast as you can. I ordered 5 wooden letter banks on 10/3/23, for Christmas presents, and still haven’t received them. The tracking stopped once the banks “cleared customs”. Tried contacting their customer service and this is a joke. No help whatsoever. I filed a report with PayPal. Hopefully they can help but lesson learned. Save yourself the time and aggravation….RUN!

Ordered 4 Letter Banks for my grandkids on October 24th,2023 for Christmas and they never arrived. * the tracking number states they are in transit but do know when they will arrive * the customer support is bogus as I have sent over 6 emails and no one gets back to you * there is no phone number Just a lot of corrupt people praying 🙏 on people who wanted to bring their loved ones joy this holiday.

I ordered 9 piggy banks on 10/31/2023 and nothing has shown up, nothing has been tracked but the money has certainly been taken!

Same as other reviews. Ordered, tracking details are not linked to a courier updates say cleared UK customs and now at an address saying Cambridge but postcode is Canada. Items not received, tracking status not updated for over 2 weeks. I am a solo parent to 4 kids. These were Christmas presents and I cannot afford to lose £70. Scam, my advice would be to avoid.

Products ordered and paid for a month and a half ago and I’m told by customer service to have patience…after getting the runaround on bots.
