Minus stars needed, my order never arrived, said it was tracked from the US to Manchester and then stopped. Can't get hold of anyone, waste of money!!! ABSOLUTE SCAM

I ordered several weeks ago and received tracking up to it arriving in Cambridge on Dec 5th but no movement since. I have my doubts that it even exists. The logistics company have told me there are production issues! I thought it was made in the USA. I agree that this feels like a scam. Just to add they eventually arrived but too late for Christmas. Not great quality either.

I waited over a month for my banks to arrive. Track g stopped in Halifax on Dec 2. Emailed and never heard a word. They did arrive today by Canada post on Dec 18. They are not as big as they show. They are alright but there’s no engraved names on them just stickers I have to put on myself. Won’t be ordering there again. Cheapos

You deserve negative stars. I ordered 4 large personalized banks for Christmas for my grandchildren. It shows tracking thru US Customs then shows it sitting in Philadelphia since November 27th. I ordered these back in October. Trying to get through to any customer service contact, seller and shipper are absolutely pointless as you get the the same email back. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND YOU NEED TO BE SUED.

Never got my 2 initial banks ordered in October. What a rip off. Why does Facebook allow these sellers on FB??

Giving 1 star because you apparently have to. I ordered 5 large personalized banks for Christmas for my grandchildren. It shows tracking thru US Customs then shows it sitting in Seattle since Dec. 5. Trying their customer service contact is useless. Trying an online chat with them is just as useless. I suppose I will work with PayPal and try to initiate a refund so I can purchase my grandchildren's Christmas. SCAM-RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Ordered 5 banks in October 23. First I find out they overcharged me. They did refund that money. 1 week before Christmas and still no banks! They kept telling me 'Be patient'! They are no help at all. Had to put a dispute in thru Paypal. Still waiting on a refund. 🤬 DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
